Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings in General

(a) BEDs reserve the right to decline a booking or to refuse entry to accommodate any person(s) or group who in our opinion, are not suitable to occupy. In this case no reasons will be given and the contract shall be discharged without further liability on either party.

(b) If BEDs are prevented by any circumstances beyond our control from making the accommodation available on the day of hire commencement, and cannot provide a suitable alternative, we will refund all monies already paid, but no further liability shall be accepted.

2. Booking Policy

(a) All room bookings will remain provisional until a 30% deposit payment is received. The booking will be held for you for 4 days upon confirmation of room availability, after which the room will be released for sale if the deposit is not received.

(b) Refer to our Cancellation Policy for cancellation charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

(a) For cancellations (email or fax) more than 7 days before check-in, your 30% booking deposit will be refunded.

(b) For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in (at 12 noon local time), your 30% booking deposit will not be refunded.

4. Check-in & Check-out Time

(a) BEDs check-in time is at 2:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 noon.

(b) Subject to room availability late check-outs may be considered. Prior arrangement with the Front Desk must be made.

(c) Guests are expected to check-in within 3 hours of their flight Estimated Time Arrival (ETA). Please advise BEDS of any delays beyond this time.

5. BEDs Property

(a) For damage, loss or removal of any of the following items, the guest concerned will be charged accordingly:

(a) BEDs does not accept liability for death, sickness or injury to any guest or for the loss, theft or damage to any guests� property however sustained or caused.

(b) It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that their belongings are secured at all times.

(c) Guests are welcome to make use of the safe deposit box at the Front Office.

7. House Rules

(a) All rooms in BEDs are designed to accommodate the specific number of person(s) according to the room type (i.e Single Bed = 1 pax, Twin/Queen Bed = 2 pax, Triple Room = 3 pax and Quad Room = 4 pax).

(b) Additional guest(s) may be accommodated in the same room (depending on room size) whereby an extra �bed charge' will be levied but this is subject to space availability.

(c) It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that his/her behaviour does not detrimentally affect the comfort or safety of the other guests in the building.

(d) BEDs reserve the right to repossess the accommodation at any time where any damage or inappropriate behaviour has occurred. In such a case, BEDs shall not be liable to make a refund of any portion of the amount already paid.

(e) BEDs stresses that the usage, possession, trafficking of illicit drugs is a serious offence in Malaysia, and may carry the death sentence.

(f) Smoking is not permitted except for designated areas located on the ground floor.

(g) In the Dorm rooms, quiet time for sleeping is from 2230 hours to 0700 hours. Out of courtesy to fellow guests, please be very quiet if you come in late or leave early. Listening of music/radio should be with headphones only.

(h) BEDs subscribes to eco-friendly ideals and guests are requested to avoid wastage and to economize in the use of electricity and water.

(i) Discard any waste/rubbish into the waste baskets/dustbins provided by BEDs.

(j) Refrain from eating and storing food inside the room at all times.

(k) Refrain from using sleeping bags at any time whilst at BEDs.

(l) In line with local custom and practice, all outdoor footwear MUST NOT be worn in the rooms but are to be left at the designated shoe racks.

(m) Guests are expected to leave their beds/rooms in a reasonable state, failing which an extra cleaning fee will be charged as deemed appropriate by BEDs.

(n) All bed linens and towels are provided by BEDs; you will however need to bring your own toiletries.

(o) Access to BEDs is restricted for in-house guests only at all times. Facilities within BEDs are strictly for in-house guests.

BEDs reserves the right to amend, add or delete any of the terms and conditions herein whenever appropriate without any notice whatsoever.
